  • [H3] Coloque o Joelho de Porco embrulhado em papel alumínio e asse em forno 180 graus por 30 minutos.
  • [H3] Enquanto assa o joelho, prepare no vapor as batatas, o brócolos e o aspargo separadamente até que fiquem “al dente”.
  • [H3] Corte o bacon em cubinhos bem pequenos e frite até ficarem dourados.
  • [H3] Acrescente junto ao bacon, o repolho sal, pimenta do reino, o vinagre branco, o zimbro e uma folha de louro e refogue por 3 minutos e reserve.
